Overview:As District Sales Manager (DSM) in Ontario at Tsubaki of Canada Limited you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our position as a marketing leader in the Power Transmission & Motion Control industry with professional enthusiasm. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing we will work together as a sales team to prove our value every day, to our business partners and most importantly our customers.

Qualifications:
- A higher level of education in the fields of business and/or mechanical engineering.
- Three years of related industry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present the company in a professional manner.
- The ability to multitask and react quickly as a result of ever-changing customer demands.
- Personal motivation and ability to provide creative thought.
- Good analytical skills including full proficiency with Microsoft applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to achieve realistic budget results.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel.
- To provide value to our customers by using your mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
- Building relationships at both a distributor and user level.
- To be a leader of the brand both externally and internally.
- Must be able to travel and be present in all parts of the territory.
- Able to create plans and reports that benefit not only the company but yourself as well.
- Use and maintain the sales tools given that separate us from the competition.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and encourage others internally (Inside Sales & Technical Sales Representatives).

We cover the country's needs from our Mississauga, Ontario-based head office and production/distribution facility, and our warehouse facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Tsubaki is undertaking a significant modernization as well, by adding CNC equipment, to improve our manufacturing capabilities in British Columbia.
