*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing logistics operations efficiently. *Responsibilities* - Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries - Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery - Analyze transportation needs and recommend optimal routes - Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments - Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently *Requirements* - Experience in dispatching, shipping, receiving, or 3PL operations is preferred - Proficiency in using transportation management systems - Strong analytical skills to assess logistics needs and optimize routes - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and customers - Ability to operate phone systems and SyteLine software - Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry
