Description:
•Maintains a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards. – Washes dishes, glassware, and flatware in a properly maintained dish machine and washes and sanitizes pots, pans, and utensils by hand. – Cleans, operates and maintains equipment according to safety, health and sanitation laws and guidelines standards. – Maintains a clean restaurant by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and trays to the dish room and returning them to the prep and serving areas once clean. – Follows food handling, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations and guidelines. – Removes and empties trash following waste management and environmental policies. – Ensures proper use of chemicals for dishwashing equipment and cleaning. – Performs Dish Room opening and closing routines as assigned. – Provides visitors with a positive shopping/dining experience by ensuring guest convenience standards are met or exceeded. – Uses available resources to maintain and update knowledge on Food Service products, services and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities
Stocking items in the market hall shopfloor
Helping with items left by customers on the shop floor to the correct area (back to stock)
Clear cardboard etc from various areas in the shop floor to the cardboard compactor
Help customers with queries
Qualifications
– 1 year in a retail/Warehouse environment
– Customer Service experience
– Team player
– Must be available to work shifts required
