<p><h3>Overview</h3>
<p>THE ROLE: This role will be overseeing the Project Management Office of ~20 employees (Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Controls Specialists).</p>
<p>Responsible for delivering large, complex, and regulated projects ($1M–$150M) through governance oversight, budget management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Serves as the “voice of the customer,” ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, QA, and commercial teams.</p>
<h3>Must Have Skills/Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years’ experience in a project-based organization</li>
<li>Automated Machinery, highly regulated industry experience a MUST</li>
<li>Mastery of project management fundamentals (scheduling, earned value, budget control, change management)</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Complex contract management expertise</li>
<li>Excellent client relationship skills</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field</li>
<li>PMP certification preferred</li>
