This is not just about hitting targets; it’s about connecting with researchers, agencies, and industry partners who rely on the data our instruments provide, and ensuring RBR is their first choice.</span></p><p ></p><h4><strong><span >What you’ll do</span></strong></h4><ul><li><p><span >Lead and mentor a global sales crew, setting clear goals, and inspire high performance</span></p></li><li><p><span >Build strong, lasting relationships in academic, government, and industrial markets</span></p></li><li><p><span >Spot opportunities in new markets, from polar science to renewable energy, and find impactful ways to bring RBR’s instruments into those projects</span></p></li><li><p><span >Keep a close eye on the numbers: forecast pipelines, monitor performance, and share clear updates with the senior leadership team</span></p></li><li><p><span >Guide contract discussions to create agreements that share in our customers’ success, and align with RBR’s long-term commitments</span></p></li><li><p><span >Partner closely with engineering, product, and operations so that customer feedback directly shapes what we build next</span></p></li><li><p><span >Frequently travel to customer labs, attend conferences, and visit coastal sites supporting customers who are working to understand and protect our planet</span></p></li></ul>
