Drive measurable improvements in quality, throughput, cost, and employee engagement while scaling operations to support long-term growth. Strengthen a culture of process discipline, safety, and performance excellence, ensuring operational rigor across manufacturing, staffing, and all program initiatives. Hold full accountability for plant results and continuous operational improvement. </p><br />Outcomes:<ul><li>Implement standard operating procedures across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations within the first 6 months, fully aligned with company-wide processes. </li><li>Establish a production schedule that ensures on-time delivery ≥ 95% within 12 months. </li><li>Achieve ≥ 80% labour efficiency by September 2026. </li><li>Increase production capacity by 50% within 12 months to support company growth targets, while maintaining KPI targets. </li><li>Establish a culture of safety and regulatory compliance with zero recordable or lost time incidents. </li><li>Achieve ≥ 98% first-pass quality within 12 months. </li><li>Achieve Trust index score of ≥ 65% on the annual Great Place to Work survey. </li></ul><br />Role Competencies:<ul><li><strong>Operational Leadership in Complex Manufacturing Environments:</strong> Demonstrated expertise in leading and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing site operations with significant complexity and variability. </li><li><strong>Cost-Conscious / Investment Minded:</strong> demonstrated ability to balance operational budgets with investment priorities. </li><li><strong>Results-Driven Leadership:</strong> inspires cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and measurable performance standards. </li><li><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making:</strong> consistently uses operational KPIs and data analytics to guide decisions and drive improvement. </li><li><strong>Transparent Communication:</strong> proactive information sharing, ensuring no surprises for leadership and smooth organizational alignment. </li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
