We are looking for a motivated, business-minded individual who thrives on challenges and can take ownership of the company’s financial direction. Core responsibilities include full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and delivering insights that influence long-term strategies and outcomes.</p><h3>How you will contribute to the team</h3><h3>Duties & Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead financial planning by analyzing performance, managing risks, setting sales targets, and developing budgets.</li><li>Oversee full cycle accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.</li><li>Manage cash flow, job costing, capital investment analysis, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws and government reporting requirements.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis, prepare forecasts, and deliver insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Supervise and guide accounting and administrative staff while ensuring strong internal controls, audits, and IT finance systems are maintained.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support strategic and operational initiatives.</li></ul><h3>What s in it for You</h3><ul><li>Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus & other perks!</li><li>Job Type: Full-time in office</li><li>Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision</li></ul><h3>About Drake International</h3><p>Since 1951, Drake International has been a global leader in flexible and permanent staffing, connecting people with the right roles at any career stage, both in Canada and worldwide.
