Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Events to lead our events, marketing efforts and drive demand generation for BoomerangFX. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with each team, designing events that reinforce the BoomerangFX brand, strengthen our market positioning, drive client engagement, and enhance relationships that deliver revenue. This role requires expertise in demand generation through Email Marketing and/or SEO Marketing, combined with a strategic focus on brand marketing and sales to amplify our market presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing:


  • Manage development and implementation of integrated brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Leverage social media channels such as Facebook Ads, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat to effectively boost brand presence and engagement.


Events:

  • Take the lead in the event planning cycle from start to finish including conception through to post-event activities.
  • Conduct thorough research for event planning and development, preparing detailed plans, timelines, and forecasts.
  • Maintain the budget for each event, allocating financial resources appropriately for various matters.
  • Determine and acquire needed supports for each event including marketing content, communication management, etc.

Demand Generation Strategy:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies leveraging Email Marketing and/or SEO Marketing to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, increase engagement, and maximize ROI across digital marketing channels.

Sales Enablement:

  • Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials that support lead generation and conversion efforts.

Additional Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product announcements, and automated email series.
  • Design email templates and write engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing emails.
  • Manage and segment the email subscriber list to ensure targeted and relevant communications.
  • Graphic design skills are preferred


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in brand marketing and demand generation, with expertise in Email Marketing and/or SEO Marketing.
  • Experience managing a team of up to 15 employees.
  • Experience in the healthcare, beauty, or medspa industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Experienced and skilled in utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
