<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>As the Director, Accident Benefit (AB) Operations, Best Practices AB/Bodily Injury (BI), Technical Expertise and Support, you will be a transformative leader at the forefront of shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our AB and BI claims functions. Responsible for a large, multi-provincial division of more than 500+ employees, including 40+ people leaders, you will drive innovation, elevate performance, and lead the evolution of claims operations in a rapidly changing environment. This role demands deep insurance expertise, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to lead through complex change. You will oversee the delivery of high-impact services, ensure compliance with regional regulations, and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning operational practices with future-focused business goals, while ensuring exceptional service experiences for our members and clients.
