Job Description:
The NA Media Manager will provide insights, reporting, and actionable intelligence to guide campaign decision-making across the US and Canada markets – both nationally and locally across the 14 US business units and 3 Canadian business units.
In this role, you will lead the relationship with our agency partners and support the development of US and Canada national and BU level media strategies. Providing analytical insights to guide decision-making will be key.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the briefing and delivery of US and Canada national and BU media strategies for building store traffic and brand affinity across all relevant on and offline channels.
- Develop a consistent media campaign evaluation approach with the support of our Insights & Analytics team.
- Act as the center of excellence for media. Inspire, train, and assist all relevant stakeholders on how to use/execute the media strategy and share learnings & insights.
- Oversee the continued evolution of our omnichannel customer-centric media strategy.
- Support US and Canada Marketing (national and BU) teams to execute marketing and brand campaigns throughout the campaign life cycle – concept, execution, post-campaign analysis.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to assist in planning, preparation, and execution of marketing campaigns and related activities.
- Collaborate closely with global teams and local/regional support departments including Marketing & Merchandising teams, Loyalty/Digital/Personalization teams, Category Management teams, Global Insights, Procurement, etc.
- Ensure accurate financial implementation.
- Support the NA markets in developing their location strategy and manage the SEO agency relationship.
- Develop a strategic partnership framework and collect data and feedback from stakeholders.
- Source, manage, and execute brand and prize partnerships for gamification and other national marketing campaigns.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of advertising experience, including social and digital platforms as well as traditional media channels.
- Current experience in a media agency or managing a media agency relationship.
- Strong project management skills in a complex, preferably international environment.
- Budget and cost analysis experience.
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques for developing marketing strategies.
- Understanding of customer journeys and how to influence them across multiple online to offline journeys.
- Experience with the Google marketing suite, DCO, A/B testing, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience in social strategic planning across social platforms.
- BI/similar sales reporting knowledge with the ability to apply and interpret data practically.
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter comfortable working cross-functionally and as part of a team.
- Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
