We’re looking for a <strong>Detail & Paint Protection Supervisor</strong> to lead our detail team and deliver exceptional results for every vehicle that passes through our doors. This is a hands-on leadership role where precision, efficiency, and passion for automotive excellence come together. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure premium quality in every finish, and inspire your team to uphold the highest standards of customer care.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Detail Department, ensuring workflow efficiency and top-tier quality.</p><p>• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and maintain accurate repair orders and work documentation.</p><p>• Oversee and participate in vehicle detailing — interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and final inspections.</p><p>• Install <strong>Paint Protection Film (PPF)</strong> and apply <strong>Mercedes-Benz protection package products</strong> with expert care.</p><p>• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure each vehicle meets customer and brand expectations.</p><p>• Coordinate with Service Advisors to manage timelines and customer needs.</p><p>• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, following all company safety policies and procedures.</p><p>• Support and train detail team members, promoting a positive, professional, and motivated work environment.</p><p>• Perform other duties as required to support the department’s success.</p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><p>• <strong>Minimum 2 years of Paint Protection Film installation </strong>and/or vehicle detailing experience.</p><p>• Proven<strong> leadership or supervisory experience </strong>in an automotive environment is an asset.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</p><p>• Team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.</p><p>• <strong>Valid driver’s license</strong> with a clean abstract.</p><p>• Experience applying <strong>protection packages, First Aid, or WHMIS certification</strong> considered an asset.</p><p>• Motivated, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.</p><p>• Must be willing to complete a <strong>background check</strong> prior to employment.</p><p><strong>Why Work for Us:</strong></p><p>• Positive culture and fun atmosphere</p><p>• Medical, Dental and Group Insurance Plan</p><p>• Team Pricing on Vehicles, Parts and Service</p><p>• Competitive Compensation</p><p>• Strong Advancement and Career Development Opportunities</p><p>• Culture of Coaching and Mentoring</p><p><strong>Go to our website to see more about our company and the many reasons why you will want to work for us!</strong></p><p><strong>We do thank all applicants in advance, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
