We currently have opportunities for the Pharmacy Manager role.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>The Pharmacy Manager provides professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department and ensures high standards of practice while delivering exceptional pharmacy services and operating efficiently. The Department Manager is responsible for hiring, scheduling, and payroll, as well as ongoing training and development of staff in the Pharmacy Department. Pharmacy technicians and state-of-the-art technology are used to relieve pharmacists from routine tasks, allowing pharmacists to focus on patient care. You will actively engage in patient counseling, monitor patient profiles, and perform drug usage reviews. You will participate in disease management and compliance programs and be involved in community seminars and workshops.
