Date Entry Clerk

Al Premium Food Mart is one of the only large-scale supermarkets in Canada that caters to more than one visible minority population. In addition to the stuff, you would normally find in a grocery store that caters to more mainstream tastes like vegetables, fruits, milk, and Lay’s potato chips, Al Premium boasts various other items that cater to the East Asian (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean), Southeast Asian (e.g. Malaysian, Thai, Filipino) and South Asian (e.g. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) diaspora. With our rapid expansion in Canada. We operate 3 grand stores in Toronto. We teamed up with Walmart in 2016 and have 15 in-stores in Walmart now (11 in GTA; 2 in Richmond BC and 2 in Alberta).

We are currently hiring Date Entry Clerk for the following location:

Al Premium Food Mart Headquarters (135 Capital Court, Mississauga)

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory data – Record inbound and outbound stock.
• Check documents – Verify purchase orders and shipping receipts.
• Maintain accurate records
• Support warehouse operations – Communicate with the team and resolve data issues.

Requirements

• Highly accurate and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills (Excel preferred)
• Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus
• Good communication skills; Chinese is an asset
• Training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
