The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with exceptional Excel skills, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros) to manage and analyze data
Create, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to support internal teams
Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and documents
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with data management tools or ERP systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
