Position Summary:

To enter all of the information on the corresponding bills accurately and efficiently as well as required to match and manifest loads

Hours: Evening Shift 16:00

Position Responsibilities:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bill accounts with accurate data entry
  • Knowledge of transportation bills of lading and terminology.
  • Knowledge of client database.
  • Auditing of invoices to confirm all information has been captured.
  • Assist other members of the team as needed.Data entry

  • Manifest trailers
  • Faxing and photocopying

Position Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience with Customs/Brokerage is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a high-functioning team.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department or units’ regulations, policies, rules, functions, procedures, or processes.
  • Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Experience:

  • Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
  • Transportation Industry: 1 year (preferred)
