Job Description:

We’re looking for a Data Associate to support smooth production flow by accurately sorting, cutting, and distributing tickets, labels, and locator cards. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely and precise processing across departments. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for accurately sorting, separating, cutting, matching, shipping and bundling tickets, store labels, advertisement labels, locator cards and translations.
  • Maintains the timely scanning of ticket bundles into accurate production/processing areas/departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely release of tickets to the correct production areas.

 

About You:

  • Education: OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in a fast paced production environment
  • Effective communication skills with internal partners
  • Trouble shooting skills related to ticket preparation and distribution
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Requires sense of urgency to be able meet sensitive timelines
  • Manual dexterity
  • Work with Cutter/Stacker machine for cutting and matching tickets
  • Supports cross functional activities

  • Shift Information: C Shift – Monday to Thursday – 4:00pm to 2:30am

Salary Range: $36,675.00-$51,345.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
