Customer Service/Warehouse Associate

Duties:
-Review customer orders via ERP system, email, phone and shopify
-Verify inventory levels, apply fees, and prepare invoice and packing slips
-Pick, check and palletize orders for delivery
-Restock shelves and support inventory counts
-Coordinate with delivery providers and confirm logistics with customers
-Assist customers at the front desk
Assets:
-Must have previous customer service/order desk and warehouse experience
-Intermediate computer knowledge (preferably Apple computers)
