Duties:
• Review customer orders via ERP system, email, phone, and Shopify
• Check on-hand inventory and apply applicable delivery or expediting fees
• Pick and check orders; prepare invoices, packing slips, and bills of lading
• Communicate with clients regarding delivery dates, substitutions, and special instructions
• Arrange deliveries with service providers and confirm details with customers
• Package whole bean and ground coffee manually and mechanically
• Palletize boxes, restock shelves, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Perform daily cleaning, machine maintenance, and monthly/periodic inventory counts
• Assist with plant tours and greet walk-in customers

Assets:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills (Apple experience preferred)
• Knowledge of order processing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
• Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is an asset
• Forklift license is an asset (not required)
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently
