Our client in Mississauga who is a large logistics services provider is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This position features:
Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000/year
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Standard hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 3+ years Transportation experience in an LTL environment
-Proven Customer Service skills
-Willing and able to be flexible
-High level data entry skills
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Excellent computer skills
-Reliable transportation
-Strong understanding of LTL cross dock environment
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team player attitude
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and be decisive
-Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
-Confidentiality in dealing with client information
-Ability to multi-task
-Exceptional time management skills
-Have good temperament to handle disputes and emergencies
-Must be result oriented
DUTIES
-Ability to handle a high volume of incoming email and phone calls
-Track and trace customer orders
-Proactively manage your designated lane with the ability to report trends to management
-Possess a strong understanding of an LTL cross dock and staging environment
-Proactively provide a premium level of customer service to our customers, agents, and internal staff
-Investigate problems as they arise and successfully follow up through to resolution
-Project a positive and professional image and have the ability to interact with customers and other departments.
