<p>The Customer Service Representative<strong> </strong>is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Typical inquiries include assistance with identifying parts, providing quotations, placing orders, processing returns, issuing billing adjustments, and tracking orders. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and supporting overall business operations.</p><p ></p><p ><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p >Respond to incoming phone calls, and customer emails to process orders efficiently</p></li><li><p >Promote and maintain good customer relationships</p></li><li><p >Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints</p></li><li><p>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support</p></li><li><p>Perform orders, refunds, and exchanges</p></li><li><p >Monitor incoming product to provide accurate ETAs to customers</p></li><li><p >Support the Sales Team with quote follow-up and proactively share customer information</p></li><li><p >Gain an understanding of our products and how they are best utilized through continued development training</p></li><li><p >Assist Warehouse Team to dispatch shipments by interfacing with our logistics providers</p></li><li><p>Partner with Sales Team to resolve customer issues</p></li><li><p >Adhere to all Company policies and procedures</p></li><li><p >Comply with all Health & Safety related policies, procedures, and safe work practices</p></li><li><p >Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul>
