Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Our client in Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative (LTL) who will respond to client inquiries and requests, and ensure shipments are meeting deadlines. Note this is an evening shift Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am. This is a great opportunity to build your career within a supportive work environment, so apply nowResponsibilities:
- Resolve client complaints and questions in a professional manner.
- Creating freight bills as needed.
- Answering the phone.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Manage customers' accounts, updating information as needed.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Coordinate between departments effectively.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role is mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Highly proficient with Outlook, rule setting and handling high volumes of emails.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, spoken and written.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations.
- Available to work Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am.
