Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative in the hardware industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interactions: Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing assistance and information regarding hardware products and services.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of hardware products to effectively assist customers with inquiries and product selection. Stay informed about new hardware products and updates.
Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assist in sales activities by providing product information and recommendations. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Qualifications:

Proven experience (2-3 years) in customer service, preferably in the hardware industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
Familiarity with inventory and order processing systems.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
