This includes ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, ensure interactions are dealt with in a professional manner and maintain a positive, friendly work ethic within a team environment. Strong data entry skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft platform is required. Balance the needs of internal/external customers and the business unit administrative requirements.</p><ul><li>Customer Service activities for our Retail Division -ensure "total customer satisfaction"</li><li>Order entry processing activities</li><li>Creating blend sheets</li><li>Posting Blend sheets</li><li>Invoicing</li><li>Accounts Receivables activities – invoicing, credit memo processing as needed</li><li>Assist sales team activities -quotes, pricing and availability</li><li>Tracking Shipments</li><li>Accounts Payable activities as needed</li><li>Support other team members</li></ul><p><em>*Qualifications:</em>*</p><ul><li>2 plus years of office/administrative experience in agricultural sales-related business, seed experience preferred</li><li>Post-secondary education in office, business related programs</li><li>Accounting experience an asset</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel & Word</li><li>Navision software experience an asset</li></ul><p><em>*Compensation And Benefits:</em>*<br>This position comes with a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary, benefits, Group RRSP option with company matching program. Compensation will be based on experience.
