Customer Service/Admin
Location: Keele & Hwy 7 area
Hours: 7:00 -3:00pm (1/2 hr. lunch )
Salary: $50,000
Benefits: medical/dental/vision
Vacation: 4% on each pay
PERK: $120/yr. towards steeled toed shoes

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Processing an assisting with Orders
• Provide exceptional customer service in everyday activities with internal and external customers via phone, fax, and email.
• Receive inbound calls of customer requests and provide resolution to customer concerns.
• Checking and coordinating production needs on the plant floor
• Communicates with other company departments in a respectful, friendly manner, always supplying accurate and complete information to their inquiries or when requesting information from them to assist with a customer question or need.
• Provides administrative support as requested

Skills and Qualifications:
• Min 3+ years customer service/order entry experience
• Must have previous experience from a manufacturing/production facility
• Must be on the ball –rush orders due to working with food products/critical quick turnaround due to expiry dates
• Knowledge/understanding consumer/manufacturing guidelines
• Proficient in excel (creating tables/adding filters), outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have neat handwriting
