<p>Join TD Securities in Oakville, Ontario, Canada as a part‑time Customer Experience Associate. This role offers 15 hours per week and a pay range of $22.50 to $28.33 CAD per hour.</p>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>We’re looking for a charming, customer‑focused associate who can handle financial transactions accurately and provide an exceptional customer experience.</p>
<h3>In This Role, You Will:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments according to operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct.</li>
<li>Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.</li>
<li>Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.</li>
<li>Achieve assigned goals and promote banking solutions, completing business processes on time and accurately.</li>
<li>Connect personally with customers to explain banking solutions and processes clearly.</li>
<li>Help build a positive, diverse, equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and ongoing performance development.</li>
<li>Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated and providing status updates on routine activities.</li>
<li>Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to enhance excellence.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Job Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.</li>
<li>Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.</li>
<li>Hands‑on proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.</li>
<li>Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact calmly and courteously with diverse customers.</li>
</ul>
