Customer Care Representative – Skin Vitality Medical Clinic We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team!

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is the Provider of Botox , Juvéderm , CoolSculpting , PRP Hair Restoration, Sculptra , EMSculpt and Morpheus 8 in Canada with 13 Locations in Ontario. We have grown 1000% in the last two years, opening 4 new locations in 2022.

Description: The Customer Care Representative role here at Skin Vitality plays a pivotal role as we engage with our patients through diverse communication channels. It serves as the central hub of our patient interactions, reflecting our commitment to maintaining seamless connections and providing comprehensive support to meet their needs.

Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM



_Must be available for days, evenings and weekends. _

Job Responsibilities:
Manage inbound phone calls, text, chat, and social media platform queues promptly
Meet booking ratio targets and quality assurance standards
Audit test, phone and chat communication for quality and efficiency
Provide informed product and treatment information to patients
Maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency
Participation in ongoing coaching sessions and professional development training


Skills Required:
Ability to type 60 words per minute
Computer and keyboarding skills are required
Multitasking while maintaining performance and personable demeanor
Delivering top-notch customer service
Proficiency in the English language, including strong verbal and written communication
Self-motivation and a positive outlook
Reliability and dependability
Able to handle challenging customer issues
