Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Mississauga
Availability: Immediate
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m. & Optional Saturday, 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Compensation: $500 – $1,000 per week (average pay; details disclosed during interview)
Training Provided: Paid
About Us: We are a fast-growing company seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be crucial in driving sales and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Participate in daily sales and training meetings.
- Engage with customers to provide campaign information and connect them with client products and services.
- Manage customer inquiries, reservations, and confirmations.
- Support the team in analyzing and addressing their needs.
- Train new staff on sales systems and procedures.
- Perform general office duties, including processing applications and handling payments.
- Utilize Android systems for daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on paperwork.
Typical Day: You will engage with potential customers, assess their needs, and offer them our clients’ programs. Your role will involve face-to-face interactions (knocking on residential doors) and requires a proactive customer service and sales approach.
