Your duties will include constructing dental prosthetics, fabricating metal, zirconia and emax prosthetics. Our ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in creating high-quality dental prosthetics and devices.</p><p>To ensure success in this position, you should have extensive knowledge of all dental technologies and use your expertise while creating a safe and pleasing environment and high-quality products and services.</p><p><strong>Crown and Bridge Ceramist Dental Technician Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Polishing dental prostheses and dental devices</li><li>Zirconia stain and glaze</li><li>Fabricating metal framework</li><li>Waxing and casting gold crowns, PFM and metal bridges </li><li>Layering on metal frame and zirconia frame</li><li>Gingival ceramics</li><li>Constructing prostheses and devices for clients by replacing wax with adequate dental materials</li><li>Making adjustments and color corrections for prosthetic teeth</li><li>Replacing natural teeth by fabricating prosthetic teeth</li><li>Restoring teeth by fabricating crowns and dental implants</li><li>Keeping up to date with new dental technologies and advancements in the field</li></ul><p><strong>Crown and Bridge Ceramist Dental Technician Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Dental Technology preferred</li><li>Registered Dental Technician certification is preferred</li><li>Dental ceramics experience is essential</li><li>Good time management skills</li><li>Strong critical thinking skills</li><li>Proficiency in keeping detailed records and meeting deadlines</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Technical knowledge of dental procedures and equipment</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits: </strong><br />Health and dental insurance <br />Optional pension program <br />Employee Assistance Program (EAP) <br />Health and wellness spending account (HSA) </p><p>Hallmark has been in business for over 40 years.
