CRM Developer

Job Description

<p>Our client, a major financial institution in Canada, is looking to hire a CRM Developer for an initial 12-month contract. The role operates on a hybrid basis and may extend or transition into a full-time position.</p><p><b>Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li>Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build campaigns.</li><li>Leveraging data to identify campaign opportunities and developing client lead lists for customer acquisition and retention.</li><li>Gathering requirements, developing campaigns, obtaining sign-off, and interfacing with business partners across channels.</li><li>Significant coding work will be involved.</li><li>Designing and executing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and IBM's Campaign Management (UNICA).</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications — Must Haves:</b></p><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Experience in developing, deploying, and managing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AmpScript, HTML, and SQL.</li><li>Understanding of database marketing, relational databases, and Business Intelligence interfaces.</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have:</b></p><ul><li>JavaScript, CSS, and Acoustic experience.</li><li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.</li><li>Previous experience in Financial Institutions.</li><li>Campaign management experience.</li></ul><p>If you are qualified and interested, please submit your resume to Ryan Taylor at ryan@ifgpr.com.
