Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure each customer leaves happy and satisfied.

Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and assembling our signature hot chicken sandwiches, sides, and beverages with precision and care.

Kitchen Operations: Support the kitchen team with cooking, frying, and plating while adhering to food safety and quality standards.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining and kitchen areas.

Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Brand Ambassador: Represent Mad Bird’s commitment to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Passion for food, especially hot chicks and bold flavors.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
