Contract Management and Vendor Management support

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Contract Management and Vendor Management support for our client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Assessing current business/commercial and legal risks in existing and/or new contracts
· Review and drafting of contracts, statements of work and related documentation
· Building accountability and standards for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels, KPI’s
· Managing supplier terms in adherence to the contract
· Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
