<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager</strong> to lead operational improvement initiatives and drive a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and performance excellence in our 24/7 automotive manufacturing facility located in <strong>Collingwood, ON</strong>.<br>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead plant-wide continuous improvement strategies and initiatives</p>

<li>
<p>Oversee accurate and timely reporting of key manufacturing data</p>

<li>
<p>Manage plant data systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility</p>

<li>
<p>Lead cross-functional teams in structured problem solving and Lean projects</p>

<li>
<p>Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standard Work, and other Lean tools</p>

<li>
<p>Ensure SOP integration and process discipline for all improvement activities</p>

<li>
<p>Optimize MES and SAP use to support efficient and accurate operations</p>

<li>
<p>Mentor staff at all levels in CI tools and techniques</p>

<li> <p>Support performance monitoring, cost reduction, and KPI tracking</p>

<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field</p>

<li>
<p>5+ years of leadership experience in operations or manufacturing</p>

<li>
<p>Strong background in Lean, CI tools, and cross-functional team leadership</p>

<li>
<p>Hands-on experience with MES, MRP, ERP systems (SAP preferred)</p>

<li>
<p>Ability to lead in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment</p>

<li>
<p>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills</p>

<p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p>

<ul>

<p>Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification</p>

<li>
<p>Familiarity with IATF 16949 or similar automotive quality standards</p>
