<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>A leading engineering and consulting firm is expanding its Construction Management team in Ontario and is looking for an experienced <strong>Construction Project Manager</strong> to join their Guelph office.<br><br> In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering high-quality municipal infrastructure projects, oversee construction inspection teams, and work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br /><ul><li>Manage and oversee the design and construction of municipal infrastructure projects.</li><li>Lead and supervise construction inspection staff across a variety of projects.</li><li>Assist with project planning, scheduling, and input on budgets and cost estimates.</li><li>Conduct constructability reviews during the design phase to optimize project delivery.</li><li>Perform site inspections, review technical documents, and resolve issues quickly.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.</li></ul><strong>What You Bring:</strong><br /><ul><li>Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related discipline.</li><li>P.Eng., C.E.T., or C. Tech. designation preferred but not required.</li><li>8–10 years of construction supervision or management experience, ideally in infrastructure, municipal, or commercial projects.</li><li>Solid understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, contract administration, and OPSS specifications.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., MS Project).</li><li>Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.</li><li>Valid Ontario driver’s license.</li></ul></p></p>
