What You'll Do

• Translate the company's vision into actionable, measurable goals across all projects and departments.
• Build, improve, and standardize operational systems - including scheduling, project management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring clear roles, strong alignment, and shared ownership of results.
• Oversee financial performance, tracking budgets, margins, and profitability to support sustainable growth.
• Introduce and sustain EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar frameworks to strengthen focus and execution.
• Uphold our values and reputation through professional, faith-centered leadership in client, partner, and trade relationships.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or construction management (residential experience preferred).
• Demonstrated success in building and optimizing business systems and workflows to support growth.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution - turning ideas into results.
• A leadership style grounded in humility, integrity, and accountability, with a heart for developing people.
• A genuine desire to contribute to a faith-driven culture, recognizing and celebrating the unique God-given talents of every team member.

• Compensation & Benefits:
  ○ Base Salary: CAD $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  ○ Profit Sharing: 5-10% of net profits annually after performance targets are met
