We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, employee assistance programs, company discounts, perks and more for most full-time positions!</p><p>Start your phenomenal career with Allied Universal today!</p>Job Description<p><strong>Position: </strong>Security Guard - Concierge - White Glove</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Toronto, ON</p><p><strong>Payrate: </strong>$26.85 per hour</p><p><strong>Status: </strong>Full-time </p><p><strong>Shift: </strong>Sundays - Saturdays  (Days, Evenings, Overnights, Swing/Rotational Shifts)</p><p> </p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Concierge to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with atleast 2 years of residential high end experience, excellent communication skills, willing to work night shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have  experience as in residential security, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we&#39;d like to hear from you.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Minimum 2 years Experience in Concierge Security experience.</strong></li><li>Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication</li><li>Must have a valid<strong> Ontario Security License</strong>.</li><li>Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.</li><li>First Aid and CPR</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s Licence is an asset</li><li>Must be at least 30 years old.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience</li><li>Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.</li><li>Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.</li><li>Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.</li><li>Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.</li><li>Support property management with any additional tasks as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li><li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li><li>Paid training and development programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p><p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
