Dueck Auto Group is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for commercial truck sales to join our Dueck Isuzu fast-paced and growing sales team. This opportunity entails high earning potential, including a competitive commission structure and monthly/yearly bonus plans.

What Youll Do
- Prospect for new business using various channels and outreach strategies to cultivate relationships and build up a referral portfolio for future sales.
- Meet established sales targets by sourcing leads, understanding commercial clients' needs, and turning prospects into customers.
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on product features and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with service and teams, as well as external vendors, to build customized packages for customers.
- Review all payment options with clients, and endorse vehicle accessories as well as additional warranties and protections.
- Provide a superior experience for clients to exceed their expectations.
- Follow up with both prospects and past clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Partner with the leadership team to implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
What You Bring
- A true passion for cars, people, and sales.
- 2+ years of experience in Auto Sales or medium-duty vehicle sales.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B, commercial or fleet sales related to the automotive industry.
- Valid BC Class 5 Drivers License and clean driving record/abstract.
- VSA Sales License.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and digital.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a commitment to learning and growth.
