Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the full preparation of the Cafe department;
- To provide customers with excellent service, quality and selection of various coffee products;
- To respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
- To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff;
- To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager;
- To ensure the safety, sanitation and general maintenance of the Department meet with Company standards;
- To perform other duties as assigned.
