Our Coat Check Attendants provides a polished, efficient, and discreet first and last point of contact for guests. This role is essential to creating a seamless arrival and departure experience. Attendants manage guest belongings with care, accuracy, and professionalism while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and unobtrusive presence

Job Description

  • Greet guests courteously and manage coat and personal item intake and retrieval with accuracy
  • Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Maintain an organized, secure, and orderly coat check area at all times
  • Issue and manage coat check tickets accurately and efficiently
  • Support smooth guest flow during peak arrival and departure periods
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and front-of-house team members
  • Maintain composure, discretion, and professionalism at all times
  • Uphold appearance standards and service expectations
Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or a customer-facing role preferred
  • Professional, composed demeanor with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volumes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability
  • Clear, respectful communication skills
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Flexible Availability
