Skills:

Responsibilities:


  • Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish custom kitchen cabinet parts
  • Read, interpret, and execute production plans and technical drawings with precision
  • Perform machine setup and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
  • Ensure all parts meet quality standards before they are sent to the assembly stage
  • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and adjust settings as needed to ensure production efficiency
  • Monitor production timelines and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and operational protocols
  • Assist with routine maintenance and machine inspections to ensure equipment longevity


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, ideally with woodworking or cabinetry experience
  • Strong understanding of CNC machinery and CAD/CAM software (e.g., VCarve, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints
  • High attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship
  • Previous experience in kitchen cabinet manufacturing or woodworking is preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a woodworking environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
