A medical manufacturer-distributor is hiring a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Western Canada medication delivery market. This role is instrumental in building their infusion therapy business within acute care environments. If you're a self-starter with a strong clinical or sales background in medical devices, this is your chance to impact patient care and outcomes while growing a high-potential portfolio.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This field-based role focuses on new business development, supporting product launches, engaging in clinical sales, collaborating with Territory Sales Managers and providing exceptional customer experiences. You'll also provide advanced clinical and technical product knowledge to healthcare professionals, plan and deliver product demonstrations/presentations and represent the company at tradeshows.




Requirements

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science or Business is preferred, but your clinical experience in healthcare (RN designation) is valued more.

WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in the medical industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems and the acute care landscape.
  • Infusion pump therapy or vascular access experience is required.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Advanced technical proficiency.
  • Confident self-starter with clinical credibility and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and time management.

OTHER
  • Travel from British Columbia to Manitoba is required.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary for tradeshows or key account support.
  • Preferably reside in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB.
