<p>We are a leading Canadian financial services co‑operative committed to delivering sustainable and resilient solutions. The Client service consultant role focuses on attracting new business, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent client care in Auto and Property insurance. This position may be located in Kirkland, Vaudreuil, Beauport, or St-Eustache, Quebec.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Selling auto and property insurance to clients by identifying needs, building a network of opportunities, and responding to cross-channel leads in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Applying underwriting guidelines within current binding authority, providing quotes, and upselling/cross-selling other product lines through referrals.</li>
<li>Contributing to the overall sales growth plan by achieving individual sales, quality, and productive goals.</li>
<li>Providing exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues appropriately.</li>
<li>Maintaining client retention by supporting referrals and effectively communicating with clients regarding cancellations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in English is required for carrying out essential non‑French duties; duties related to non-French clients are primarily in English.</li>
</ul>

<h3>To Join Our Team (Qualifications)</h3>
<ul>
<li>One year of experience in an office environment.</li>
<li>Some post-secondary education.</li>
<li>Knowledge of underwriting practices and home and auto insurance products is an asset.</li>
<li>Personal lines Damage Insurance Licence from AMF is an asset.</li>
<li>Proficiency in both English and French is essential for main duties; essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.</li>
</ul>
