Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct heavy lifting when required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
• Communicate with facility management regarding any maintenance issues or necessary repairs.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
