Cleaner

Duties:
– Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks in various facilities, including offices, schools, and public spaces
– Use hand tools and power tools to clean and maintain facilities
– Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly
– Empty trash bins and replace liners
– Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
– Vacuum carpets and mop floors
– Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
– Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
– Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
– Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
– Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
– Strong attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
– Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address any concerns or special requests
– Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching
– Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in facilities maintenance is a plus
– Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
