Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings such as offices, schools, or healthcare facilities.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Lift heavy objects when necessary to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
  • Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the job.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

  • Monday to Friday
