Job Description:

 

This position enters billing and address information into the UPS system and complete various administrative tasks within the data entry department.

 

Job Type: Permanent Part-time

Work Location: 9272 AIRPORT ROAD MOUNT HOPE, ON L6S 1W0

Workdays: Monday through Friday (5 days a week)

Shift Start: (Start times/finish times may vary with operational need.  Flexibility required.)

 

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK
Responsibilities:

  • Enters data into UPS systems within time specific guidelines.
  • Checks and forwards legal documentation.
  • Provides administrative support to Management team.
  • Assist with daily dispatch – support customer and driver concerns, on calls

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours and work 5 days a week

 

Compensation:

  • $17.75/ per hour to start.
