Our client, a growing leader in the property insurance services sector, is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to join their dynamic team in Calgary. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Coordinate short- and long-term solutions based on insurance policy coverage and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communications in the CRM system.
- Negotiate extensions and manage agreements with suppliers.
- Resolve sensitive issues with clients and various stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to all stakeholders throughout the process.
- Adapt to changes in schedules, availability, or client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and operations teams to ensure service consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or support roles within insurance, hospitality, real estate, or related fields.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and detailed data entry.
- Knowledge of tenancy laws and insurance practices is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset (not required).
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
- Empathy, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
