So, if you know where you’re headed, we have the training and career development to help you get there.</p>Job Description<br><br><p>The job is a fast-paced, demanding position, planning and coordinating the pickups and deliveries for the Whitehorse service area</p><p>As a Dispatcher, the key responsibilities are:</p><ul><li>Supervising Dock Workers and City Drivers</li><li>Load planning and coordinating pickups and deliveries.</li><li>Apt booking, rescheduling of pros</li><li>Adding comments to justify non-service deliveries</li><li>Communicating with internal and external customer</li><li>Printing labels</li><li>Delegating </li><li>Leading</li><li>Safety </li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Knowledge of Whitehorse and surrounding area</li><li>Experienced with LTL load planning and city/rural route planning</li><li>Excellent phone and email communicator</li><li>Experience with multi-tasking</li><li>Able to Delegate effectively</li><li>Safety Minded, </li><li>Knowledge of TDG</li><li>Can Multitask</li><li>Computer fluent</li><li>Team Leader</li><li>AS/400 experience, will train.</li></ul><p> </p><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>What do we offer to you? </p><ul><li>Profit Sharing</li><li>Benefits (including health and dental)</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li></ul></p></p>
