<p>Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Chargeback Analyst - Halifax to join their team. As a Chargeback Analyst - Halifax, you will be part of the Fraud Claims Department supporting the Customer Support and Fraud Investigation teams. Halifax</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Halifax, NS</p>
<p><strong>Pay Range: 22.50$/hr</strong></p>
<p><strong>Shift: Mon to Friday 8AM to 4PM</strong><br>
Training is onsite and then Hybrid ( 2 to 3 times a week in office)</p>
<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Interact directly with clients via phone to advise on reimbursements and chargebacks, ensuring resolution within service level agreements
<li>Process reimbursements and chargebacks for personal and business accounts while maintaining high customer service standards
<li>Use standard scripting and privacy policies to communicate effectively and mitigate reputational risks
<li>Collaborate with internal partners to investigate and resolve fraud cases efficiently
<li>Document all actions and resolutions accurately using standard templates and systems
</ul>
<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams while adhering to privacy policies
<li>Knowledge of fraud activities such as skimming, money laundering, and disputed transactions
<li>Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all clerical and administrative tasks
<li>Proficiency with CIBC applications including COINS, COLT, PRM, IBCS, IRIS, Excel, and Outlook
</ul>
