We are a dynamic group of practices across North America with over 50+ practices and 850+ team members who believe in preserving and evolving our specialty of orthodontics and protecting the integrity of the patient-doctor relationship.What you will be doing – key responsibilities:• Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills• Take intra-oral records and radiographs.• Provide exceptional assisting skills to our clinical team.• Perform Invisalign scans.• Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols• Provide oral health education to our patients and families.• Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.About you:• You are an excellent communicator who brings enthusiasm and passion to every interaction.• Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality with a passion and energy for exceptional customer service.• A capable Dental Assistant, willing to perform expanded duties in treating orthodontic patients.• Ability to work cohesively in a small, tight-knit team.• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients.• Alignment with our vision, mission, and values, which guide how we work.What you bring – qualifications:• 1+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant• Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.• HARP certification• Previous experience in an orthodontic office preferred.
