As part of their growth strategy, our client is looking for an experienced leader to pioneer the design, implementation, and expansion of their parts business. <br><br>This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a structured yet entrepreneurial approach to business development, marketing, and management role. The ideal candidate will have experience driving growth strategies, optimizing operations, and the ability to establish a strong market presence.<br><br>If you’re an experienced HVAC professional looking for an exciting new challenge with a dynamic and expanding organization, this opportunity is for you!<br><br><strong>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br /><strong>Business & Market Development </strong><br /><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the HVAC parts business.</li><li>Identify market opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and implement pricing strategies.</li><li>Build a multi-channel distribution framework, integrating digital, wholesale, and direct-to-contractor sales.</li><li>Optimize product selection to ensure the availability of high-demand parts.</li><li>Design, launch, and manage a digital storefront for seamless online transactions.</li><li>Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.</li><li>Implement customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.</li></ul><strong>Leadership & Operations Management</strong><br /><ul><li>Supervise procurement, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party logistics and operations partners as needed.</li><li>Maintain optimal stock levels to balance demand and cost efficiency.</li><li>Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing parts sales team as the division expands.</li><li>Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and success.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><br /><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in HVAC parts sales.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or professional accreditation in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses or divisions.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.</li><li>Expertise in digital channels, marketing, and market expansion strategies.</li><li>Six-figure + compensation package.</li><li>Comprehensive healthcare benefits.</li><li>Company-matched Group Pension Plan</li><li>Supportive team environment with an opportunity to further advance your career.</li></ul></p></p>
